Opportunity to Improve Performance Management Skills

New Roots Providence is offering a Learning Collaborative on Performance Management
Are you asked questions such as: “What is your Performance Management system?” “What are the metrics you use to evaluate your work?” “Why is your organization continuing a program?” “What are the outcomes are you getting from the money you’ve spent?” These can be tough questions and it’s awkward when you aren’t sure how to get to the answers.
New Roots Providence is recruiting 24 organizations whose leaders – staff and board members – are ready to increase their evaluation strategies and skills and to make positive changes in their organizations. Participants will receive technical assistance, training, and a $2,500 stipend.
