and NN/LM Funding Opportunities

Joining the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, New England Region (NN/LM NER) is FREE. As a member your library can benefit from funding opportunities as well as professional development, resource updates, educational materials, and health information outreach project consultation. At this session you’ll learn about Network Membership, the types of funding awards available from NN/LM NER, how to apply for funding, and examples of successful projects.

There are more reference resources than you think in the National Library of Medicine’s (NLM) vast collection of biomedical and health resources. These resources are authoritative, promote effective use of information and decision making which can encourage healthy behaviors and improve public health. Come learn about NLM’s free specialized resources for drug information, environmental health and toxicology, emergency preparedness, genetics, K-12 education, minority health, and senior health.
