Virtual Road Trip to RI Libraries

Jennifer Cournoyer, Cumberland Public Library, and Shannon Bloom, Pawtucket Public Library, shared simple and effective techniques for welcoming teens and discovering what they want from their libraries. YALSA is a division of the American Library Association.
